Ordering
For online orders we use Americart secure shopping cart; it is Hacker Safe certified and VeriSign secured. We accept Visa and MasterCard, or you can use PayPal which also accepts Discover. Just click on any "add to cart button" and the lamp or light fixture will be placed in your virtual shopping cart.
Shipping
We make shipping easy you can choose USPS or UPS.
Sales Tax
Tax only applies to items that are shipped to CA. There is no tax for items shipped outside of CA. No one is tax exempt with out a legitimate tax-exempt certificate presented before purchase.
Guarantees & Returns
We guarantee all merchandise as represented. When an item is delivered please inspect it immediately. If for any reason it is not satisfactory to the purchaser, please notify us with in 24 hrs.
Returns
In the case of a return, the purchaser is responsible for both delivery charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Within 30 days from purchase date item can be returned for store credit only. If item has been installed, it can not be returned, it has been used.
Returned item must be in it's original packaging. Please contact us to arrange the return.
